Rain is on the windows. Rain is in our minds. I ran in the rain on Monday, and it was exhilarating — I kept laughing at the sheer joy of it. Now I’m sitting in the common room and everything is quiet and warm, drowsy and timeless. I think I shall go out and dance in it before bed.

“…everything is quiet and warm, drowsy and timeless.
We’ve been getting some absolutely lovely rain here as well. I went out to play in it the other day, and met this autistic girl who was out enjoying it as well. We stood in the rain by the duck pond behind my building and had the most lovely conversation about oceans and princes. It was quite lovely.
Can’t wait to see you!
